2026 Board Meeting and Event Schedule

Board of Directors

The Board will meet on the third Thursday dates in February, April, July, and October, from 4:00-5:30 pm, where additional special meetings may be called as necessary:

• February 19 (in-person)
• April 16 (in-person)
• July 16, a joint meeting with the Advisory Board (in-person)
• October 15

Annual Meeting

Wednesday, November 4, Annual Meeting of the Membership, beginning at 5:30 pm (in-person)

Advisory Board

• March 4, noon meeting (in-person)
• May 6, noon meeting
• July 16, a joint meeting with the Board of Directors (in-person)

Event Dates

Tuesday, April 2 – Earth Day at Williamsburg Landing (tentative)

Saturday, April 4 – Andy’s Earth Day

Sunday, April 25 – Bayou Sunset Party

Sunday, October 18 – Friends & Family Fall Festival (FFFF) (tentative)
