Cedar Hill is located within Lilly Point Marsh. The property borders nearly 5,000 linear feet along Big Creek and Holts Creek that drain directly into the Pamunkey River. The US Fish and Wildlife Service’s National Wetlands inventory indicates that nearly 200 acres is freshwater emergent, scrub-shrub, and forested wetlands. Approximately 35 acres of existing fields are planted in core and the property includes 80 acres of prime soils.
